Parents or legal guardians of minors can contact us to review any Personal Data collected about their child or ward, have this information deleted, and/or request that there be no further collection or use of their child or ward’s Personal Data. We will take steps to verify the identity of anyone requesting Personal Data about a minor to ensure that the person is in fact the minor’s parent or legal guardian.

The Personal Data Protection Act (No. 26 of 2012) (“Act”) gives you the right to access information which we hold about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you, and we will notify you of what such fee will be after receiving your access request.
If you would like your Personal Data to be permanently removed from our servers or databases, please contact us with your request. We will promptly delete your account and you will no longer receive information or updates regarding our Services. The removal of your account and Personal Data from our servers and databases will not delete information stored in our data backups and archives, which we reserve the right to maintain for purposes of compliance with our legal obligations, but which we will delete in the normal course of our business.
