ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY LOVFLAUNT
Lovflaunt will NOT accept returns/exchanges for any items without the original clothing label, tag, or returned items that are damaged/worn/soiled/washed.
Please note Lovflaunt will NOT accept exchanges for incorrect sizes bought. Critical measurements are provided for each item and the customer is expected to review them as well as to consult the provided Size Chart before making the purchase.
Measurements stated are measured to the best accuracy. Do take note that UK sizing can only serve as a rough gauge and cannot be taken as a comprehensive guide.
Colors shown may deviate slightly on different screens as different tech devices have different color resolutions. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences to the human eye (and under different lighting). In the cases above, no refunds/exchanges will be made.
We apologies if we had sent you a defective/incorrect item. Please email [email protected] about it and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Please note that we will only proceed on if the item was purchased directly from us. We will either replace the item upon return or issue you a credit voucher.
Defective items are goods which are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault has occurred. (Manufacturing fault excludes stray threads and removable stains)
Please note that items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered as defective. If you would like to exchange a defective item, please be aware that Lovflaunt can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

Kindly contact us here within 14 days of receiving your order.
All exchange items must be returned to Lovflaunt via Registered Mail in its original packaging with all garment tags and labels intact, unused and unwashed. Lovflaunt will absorb the postage cost for the return of defective items.
Sale items are non-exchangeable/returnable.
Should Lovflaunt find the returned item not defective as aforementioned, item will be sent back to customer and all postage costs will be borne by customer. Postage will be sent via normal mail. Should you wish to opt otherwise, please inform Lovflaunt.
Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure items are packed securely and sealed properly when returning to us. We will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange.
Lovflaunt reserves the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and any exchange will not be granted.
